Uncovering The Whole Story On Neck And Back Pain
I’m about to open up a sore wound with practically the entire modern medical world. You see, when it comes to neck and back pain, the medical world just doesn’t get it. And when I say that they don’t get it, I mean exactly that. The best that your doctor can do right now for your back pain right now is to likely give you a pain medication and send you on your way.
Most people assume that doctors have an answer to every question – but do they? Have you ever actually talked to a doctor about real treatments that work for most people suffering from back pain? Chances are that they will give you a bunch of talk about this medication and that medication.
Why doesn’t the medical world have simple and real solutions to such a common problem? I bet that you or someone you know has back pain. It has to be one of the most common chronic pains that I know of. But it seems to be the least understood of any type of pain. Which is actually very strange if you think about it. Why does one of the most common forms of chronic pain suffer from the least amount of understanding in the medical world?
After having been there and done that, I think it is safe to say that I know what I am talking about. I have talked to doctors, physical therapists, and the whole lot. Most don’t know what they are talking about. Many of them think that the solution to pain lies in taking hard core medications for months and months.
But before we go any further down that road, let’s change direction and see if there really is a solution. I’ve always been a big believer in natural medications and treatments. After all, most man-made things that go in our body are usually doing more harm than good. The more natural we can get with treatment, the better.
That is why I recommend that anyone suffering from neck or back pain really consider using natural treatments such as: inversion tables, chiropractic, and anything that doesn’t involve an invasive procedure or dangerous medication.
Make your own decisions, but you only have one life to live. Like I’ve said just a minute ago, most doctors are happy to stick you with a needle or shove a medication in front of your face. Hardly any of them seem to actually care about long term side effects to your body. When you’re in pain, you need relief – but you shouldn’t risk your long-term health in the pursuit of it.
